By using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Kinneberg Lawn Service offers a variety of lawn care services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, and aeration. Detailed descriptions of each service can be found on our website.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks and cash.Payments are due with 30 days if not paid will be subject to 18% a year finance charge.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the area to be serviced is accessible and free of obstacles. Kinneberg Lawn Service is not liable for any damage caused by hidden obstacles. Customer agrees to pay for services rendered. For those with animals please clean up after your pets, we do not like getting feces on our equipment, and on ourselves. For excessive feces you will be subject to a $25 fee for each occurrence.

5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice. In order for us to continue our mowing route and ensure services is preformed at each location.

6. Limitation of Liability
Kinneberg Lawn Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Changes to Terms
Kinneberg Lawn Service reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Minnesota.
